Can I upload an invitation I designed somewhere else?
Yes. Upload your own invitation artwork and use Soirée for the guest experience, RSVP collection and planning tools. You can also begin with one of our original templates.
Do my guests need a Soirée account?
No. Guests can open their invitation and RSVP without creating an account.
Does Soirée charge for every guest I invite?
No. Soirée's paid plans are not priced per guest or recipient. You will know the cost of your event or membership before you begin inviting guests.
What information can I collect with an RSVP?
You can collect attendance, party size, adult and child counts, meal selections, dietary requirements, allergies, custom-question responses and messages to the host. Available settings can be adjusted for the needs of each event.
Can I use Soirée for planning as well as RSVPs?
Yes. Each event includes tools for to-dos, shopping, budget and spend tracking, product links and list exports, alongside your guest list and RSVP totals.
Can I update event details after sending the invitation?
Yes. Update important event information and post changes for guests from your event page.
Can I export my lists?
Yes. Export guest information to CSV and copy or download planning and shopping lists for sharing or use in other tools.
