These terms govern your use of Soirée. By creating an event or responding to an invitation you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Purchases and refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to every plan and product: single-template purchases ($15), upload-your-own passes ($10), Frequent Host yearly memberships ($35/year), and the Founding Host lifetime membership ($60 one-time). Template and upload purchases are consumed by the event they are used for and cannot be transferred or refunded once used.

Yearly memberships and auto-renewal. Frequent Host memberships renew automatically at the end of each membership year unless auto-renewal is turned off. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time before your renewal date from your account page; your membership then remains fully active until the end of the period you already paid for, and simply does not renew. Turning off auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund of any payment already made.

Founding Host. The Founding Host lifetime membership is a limited early-access offer, is non-refundable, and is not guaranteed to remain available.

Event data (event details, guest names, contact details, and RSVP responses) is stored to provide the service to the event host, and is visible only to people who hold that event's private links.
